A Sheetali or Sheetkari pranayama, pranamudra, bandha and meditation to contain the amrita (quintessential life force) on the tongue. This is a profound yoga practice  on the bindu point which rejuvenates the physical body and can prolong the physical lifespan. 

This practice brings cooling to the body and brain. However, it is not suitable for you if you have constipation, low blood pressure, heart problems, asthma or bronchitis.
