Jenny talks about technique of pratyahara, or drawing the attention within. She guides you to how to let go of being a slave to all the physical body's whims and to generally ignore small discomforts such as paying attention to sensations of cold/heat or pain/pleasure. Then Jenny leads a guided meditation using the breath as a bridge to the higher consciousness to expand into Eternity.

This guided meditation will prepare by breathing the ionised air as a tall tree in a forest. Use the So Ham mantra to purify your internal space and that of the whole forest. Take flight as a small bird over a shining sea to the Temple of Purification on the Sanctified Island of Peace. Here you will shed the heavy load of layers of emotional baggage and heart attachments, finally removing blindfolds from your eyes to see clearly. Step into a showers of light & colour to cleanse dirt covering the light of your soul, purify your light body and step forward into the Holy Light of Being. To get the most effect out of this meditation, please take the time to set aside an uninterrupted 30 minutes (not whilst driving or operating machinery).
